The Engineering Dilemma

In embedded systems and commercial terminal development, we consistently noticed a recurring friction point: the physical "disconnect" between the display module and the end-product architecture.

A standard 15.6-inch FHD module is easy to find, but it often dictates the design constraints of the entire product. If the PCB layout doesn't fit the enclosure or the profile is too thick, the product chassis is compromised. If the brightness isn't matched to the specific ambient light, the user experience fails.

In our R&D cycle, we stopped asking "What new models should we build?" and started asking "How can we build a single foundation that supports the most diverse requirements?"

1. How We Solve Space Constraints

Designers often find themselves forced to compromise on device thinness because the display module is too thick or the PCB layout interferes with the housing.

3.0mm Ultra-Slim Profile: By achieving a maximum thickness of just 3.0mm, we remove a critical barrier for portable monitors and slim embedded terminals, giving designers more freedom to create thinner devices.

Dual PCB Topologies: We developed both a Straight Structure (for standard clearance) and a Rear-Folded Structure (for depth-constrained enclosures).

2. How We Solve Environmental Visibility Issues

"Standard brightness" is a common trap. A display that works indoors will fail in a commercial storefront, and neither will be visible in outdoor, high-ambient-light settings.

Configurable Backlight Engine: We standardized our driver architecture to support three distinct output levels: 350 nits (indoor), 600 nits (commercial), and 1200 nits (sunlight-readable).

The Value: By standardizing the eDP 1.2 interface across all levels, we enable you to swap brightness configurations as your project requirements evolve—without changing your motherboard or mechanical design.

3. How We Solve Visual Performance Gaps

Industrial equipment often suffers from "dull" displays, which can detract from the user experience of smart HMI terminals.

Tunable Color Gamut: We set our baseline at 65% NTSC for an optimal power-to-performance ratio, but we treat color reproduction as a tunable parameter.

The Value: We can align the panel’s output to your specific UI/UX standards (higher gamut customization) without requiring you to replace your hardware platform.
