A standard 15.6-inch FHD module is easy to find, but it often dictates the design constraints of the entire product. If the PCB layout doesn't fit the enclosure or the profile is too thick, the product chassis is compromised. If the brightness isn't matched to the specific ambient light, the user experience fails.
In our R&D cycle, we stopped asking "What new models should we build?" and started asking "How can we build a single foundation that supports the most diverse requirements?"
To address this, we developed a 15.6-inch FHD platform that moves away from "fixed-model" manufacturing. We re-engineered the display around three critical axes of configuration, allowing us to deliver bespoke performance without the heavy overhead of ground-up custom development.

The straight PCB structure is suitable for conventional internal layouts, while the rear-folded version is better suited to compact enclosures with limited space below the screen.
