The YVT101WSVL-H01 is a 10.1-inch high-performance TFT-LCD module developed . It is composed of a TFT-LCD panel, driver IC , FPC, and backlight unit, with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels and support for up to 16.7M colors, ensuring clear and vivid visual output. Adopting a normally black, transmissive display mode and all-direction viewing angle (ALL O’Clock) design, it delivers consistent color and brightness from any perspective, suitable for multi-person viewing scenarios. Equipped with a LVDS interface, it enables fast and stable data transmission, meeting the needs of industrial control, smart terminals, and large-screen display applications. The module uses 42 white LEDs (6-series 7-parallel) as backlight, achieving a typical luminance of 450 Cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 800:1, ensuring excellent visibility even in bright environments. All materials of the product meet RoHS and halogen-free requirements, complying with environmental protection standards. With an operating temperature range of -20℃ ~ +70℃ and storage temperature range of -30℃ ~ +80℃, it can adapt to harsh working and storage conditions, ensuring stable performance in long-term use.

The YVT101WSVL-H01 LCD module ensures reliable electrical performance. For power supply, the digital supply voltage (VDD) ranges from 1.71V to 1.89V (Typ. 1.80V), the analog supply voltage (AVDD) is 9.4V to 9.8V (Typ. 9.6V), the TFT gate-on voltage (VGH) is 17.0V to 19.0V (Typ. 18.0V), and the TFT gate-off voltage (VGL) is -6.6V to -4.5V (Typ. -6.0V). The TFT common electrode voltage (VCOM) is typically 4.2V. It should be noted that the absolute maximum ratings must not be exceeded: digital supply voltage (VDD) -0.5V~5.0V, analog supply voltage (AVDD) -0.5V~14.85V, TFT gate-on voltage (VGH) 0.3V~40V, TFT gate-off voltage (VGL) -20V~0.3V, otherwise the module may be permanently damaged. For humidity, when Ta<=40℃, the maximum relative humidity is 85%RH; when Ta>=40℃, absolute humidity must be lower than the humidity of 85%RH at 40℃ to avoid moisture damage to internal components.
For the backlight unit (Ta=25℃), the supply voltage ranges from 15.6V to 18.6V (Typ. 16.8V), and the supply current (If) is typically 140mA (each LED current is 20mA, 6-series 7-parallel design). A constant current drive mode is recommended to ensure stable backlight brightness and extend LED lifespan. The module's touch panel (if equipped) uses GT911 driver IC, with IIC address 0X28, trigger mode of falling edge, origin at the top-left corner, and light transmittance of over 85% in non-ink areas. The cover lens is 0.7mm chemically tempered glass, featuring high surface hardness to resist scratches. The touch panel thickness (including back adhesive) is 2.18±0.1mm, and the CTP interface includes VDD3.3, GND, SCL, SDA, INT, RST pins, with a reminder to confirm whether the main board has pull-up resistors for SDA/SCL pins to ensure normal touch communication.
