This is a 2.73-inch high-performance square TFT-LCD module developed by Shenzhen YZY Technology Co.,Ltd. It is composed of a TFT-LCD panel, ILI9488 driver IC, FPC and white LED backlight unit, with a 320(RGB)×320 square pixel resolution and 262K color display, ensuring delicate and vivid visual output for square display scenarios. Adopting Normally Black display mode and advanced IPS technology, it provides 80/85° full-direction viewing angles (θT/θB/θL/θR), allowing users to obtain consistent and clear display effects from any perspective. Equipped with 3SPI+18RGB dual interface, it supports flexible and stable data transmission, suitable for industrial control, smart devices, portable equipment and other square display application scenarios. The white LED backlight realizes 620 Cd/m² high luminance, ensuring good visibility in different light environments. This product is fully RoHS compliant, meeting international environmental protection requirements. Under the ambient temperature of Ta=25℃, the analog power supply (VCI) is 3.3V with a recommended operating range of 2.5V~3.3V, and the digital supply voltage (IOVCC) is typically 1.8V (1.65V~1.95V). The digital supply current (IIOVCC) is typically 20mA (max 35mA) and the analog supply current (IVCI) is typically 35mA (max 50mA) under color bar pattern with VCI=3.3V. The input signal low level (VIL) is 0~0.3×IOVCC and high level (VIH) is 0.7×IOVCC~IOVCC, ensuring stable signal recognition. The module can operate stably in the temperature range of -20.0℃ to 70.0℃ and be stored in -30.0℃ to 80.0℃, with operating and storage humidity of 10%~90%RH without condensation. The backlight unit adopts 6 parallel white LEDs with a typical forward current (IF) of 120mA and forward voltage (VF) of 3.2V (2.8V~3.3V), the backlight power consumption is 384mW (336mW~396mW) and the LED operating life is up to 20000 hours (brightness down to 50% of initial). Additionally, the module has a fast response time (typical 35ms) and high contrast ratio, ensuring smooth dynamic display effects.
This features a 3SPI+18RGB dual interface with a DCLK frequency of 15MHz (12MHz~20MHz) for flexible data transmission options, suitable for different host control systems. The reset timing requires a minimum reset pulse duration (tRW) of 10us, ensuring reliable module startup and reset. The uncontrolled power off protection function of the ILI9488 driver IC can force the display to blank within 1 second to avoid abnormal display and protect the module and host equipment. It is important to note that the module must not exceed absolute maximum ratings (VCI: -0.3V~+3.3V, IOVCC: -0.3V~+2.5V) to avoid permanent damage; stable forward current should be input for the backlight LED to ensure service life, and high current, high temperature and humidity will reduce LED life.
