The YVO070HDM-H01 is a 7.0-inch (9:16 aspect ratio) high-performance IPS TFT-LCD module developed . It adopts amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device, consisting of a TFT LCD panel and driving circuit, with a resolution of 800×RGB×1280 pixels and support for rich color display. Featuring an IPS (Normally Black) display mode and RGB vertical stripe pixel arrangement, it delivers excellent color reproduction and all-direction viewing angles, ensuring consistent visual effects from any perspective. Equipped with a MIPI interface, it realizes high-speed serial data transmission (supporting 4 data lanes), which is more efficient and space-saving than traditional parallel interfaces, making it suitable for smart terminals, portable devices, and multimedia display scenarios. The module uses white LEDs as backlight, achieving a typical luminance of 350 Cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 800:1, ensuring clear visibility in various light environments. It complies with RoHS environmental standards, using lead-free processes and environmentally friendly materials. For power supply, the main power voltage (VCC) ranges from 3.0V to 3.6V (Typ. 3.3V), and the I/O power voltage (IOVCC) is 1.7V to 2.0V (Typ. 1.8V); absolute maximum ratings must not be exceeded (VCC/IOVCC: -0.3V~+3.6V, GND=0V), otherwise permanent damage to the module may occur. The power-on sequence requires strict compliance: VCCD, IOVCC, VCCH → VCI, VCIP (interval ≥5ms) → HW Reset (≥5ms) → Send SLPOUT command (Pagu0_0x11) → Initial setting → Video Packet transmission, with a total power-on preparation time (tPWON) of 5ms; power-off sequence follows the reverse order to avoid latch-up or component damage. In terms of MIPI interface timing, the high-speed (HS) mode supports differential small-amplitude signals, with a maximum total bit rate of 2Gbps for 4 data lanes (24-bit data format), ensuring efficient data transmission for high-resolution display.
