The YVT050WVR-H01 is a 5.0-inch high-performance TFT-LCD touch module developed by Shenzhen Yingzhanying Technology. It consists of a TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC, backlight unit, and capacitive touch panel, with a resolution of 800×480 pixels and support for up to 16.7M colors, delivering clear, vivid visual output. Adopting a normally black, transmissive display mode and all-direction viewing angle (ALL O’Clock) design, it ensures consistent color and brightness from any perspective, suitable for multi-angle operation scenarios. Equipped with an RGB interface, it enables fast, stable data transmission, meeting the needs of handheld terminals, industrial control, smart devices, and portable display applications. The module uses 18 white LEDs as backlight, achieving a typical luminance of 1000 Cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 800:1, ensuring excellent visibility even in strong outdoor light. All materials comply with RoHS environmental standards, avoiding harmful substances. With an operating temperature range of -20℃ ~ +70℃ and storage temperature range of -30℃ ~ +80℃, it adapts to harsh working and storage conditions, ensuring stable performance in long-term use. The built-in capacitive touch function (X1/X2/Y1/Y2 control pins) supports accurate touch response, enhancing user interaction efficiency.

For power supply, the logic voltage (VDD) ranges from 2.8V to 3.6V (Typ. 3.3V), with input high level (VIH) ≥ 0.7VDD and low level (VIL) ≤ 0.3VDD. The LED backlight supply voltage is 16.8V~20.4V (Typ. 18.6V), and the LED current (ILED) is 20mA per LED, recommending constant current drive mode to maintain stable brightness and extend LED lifespan. The touch panel supports basic touch control via X1/X2/Y1/Y2 pins, with adjustable sensitivity to adapt to different application scenarios. The module’s response time (Tr+Tf) is 30~40ms, ensuring smooth display switching, and the NTSC color gamut reaches 60%, realizing natural color reproduction.
