The YVO037VG-C01 LCD module boasts excellent environmental adaptability—with a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to 80°C—ensuring stable performance even in harsh temperature conditions and making it suitable for diverse working scenarios; to guarantee long-term reliability, it has also passed a series of rigorous reliability tests, including 96-hour high-temperature (80°C) and low-temperature (-30°C) storage tests, 96-hour high-temperature (70°C) and low-temperature (-20°C) operation tests, 96-hour operation under 60°C/90% humidity, 10 thermal shock cycles (alternating between -20±2°C, 25°C, and 70±2°C), and ESD tests with ±2kV voltage (330Ω, 150pF air discharge, 10 times). After these tests, when stored at room temperature for 4 hours, the sample shall be free from defects: air bubble in the LCD, seal leak, non-display, missing segments, glass crack, and a current IDD that is twice higher than the initial value.
