YE0154S2-X1 is a 1.54-inch EPD electronic paper display module adopting Active Matrix Electrophoretic Display technology, delivering 200(H)x200(V) resolution with 188 PPI high pixel density and 0.135×0.135mm pixel pitch for clear and delicate image quality. Featuring black & white display and bi-stable pure reflective mode, it achieves high reflectance, high contrast ratio and ultra-wide viewing angle with zero power consumption for static image display. Equipped with 3/4-wire selectable SPI serial interface and built-in SSD1681 driver IC with on-chip display RAM, temperature sensor, OTP waveform storage and voltage detection functions. It supports 2.5V to 3.7V operating voltage with deep sleep current as low as 3μA and update power consumption of 10mAs@25°C.
