This industrial grade 16x2 character LCD module adopts advanced COB (Chip On Board) packaging design, STN yellow-green positive transmissive display mode with high contrast monochrome effect, driven by professional ST7066U driver IC. It features 5.0V DC logic supply voltage, 4.7V DC LCD driving voltage, 16(characters)×2(line) standard display format, 8-bit parallel 16-pin interface, 1/16 Duty & 1/5 Bias driving method and 6 O'clock viewing direction. Equipped with yellow-green backlight (3.0V±0.2V, IF=15mA), it has excellent wide temperature adaptability (-20~70℃ operating, -30~80℃ storage) with ±0.2mm precise tolerance and RoHS compliance. The module owns stable performance and high reliability, widely applied in industrial control, measuring instruments, smart home appliances, embedded systems and various monochrome display scenarios.
