This industrial grade 20x2 character LCD module adopts advanced COB (Chip On Board) packaging design, STN blue negative transmissive display mode (white dots on blue background) with high contrast monochrome effect, driven by professional 7066 driver IC. It features 5.0V DC logic supply voltage, 20(characters)×2(line) standard display format, 8-bit parallel interface, 1/16 Duty & 1/5 Bias driving method and 6 O'clock viewing direction. Equipped with white LED backlight (IF=45mA, VF=4.8~5.2V), it has excellent wide temperature adaptability (-20~70℃ operating, -30~80℃ storage) and compact module dimension (146.00mm(W)×43.00mm(H)×13.3mm(T)).
